Accessibility

1. Our commitment

Loreside aims for level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.2).

The service is published by a micro-enterprise, which places it outside the mandatory scope of the European directive on the accessibility of products and services. This statement is therefore voluntary: it commits on the facts, not on an obligation.

2. What is in place

Semantic page structure with a single main heading and a consistent heading hierarchy. Full keyboard navigation, with a visible focus indicator. Colour contrasts meeting level AA in both themes, light and dark. Respect for the system reduced motion setting: the countdown and the transitions freeze if you have asked for it. Text resizable without loss of content or of function. Page language declared for each of the eight languages, and equivalences declared between versions. No information conveyed by colour alone: the statuses also carry a word.

3. Known limits

The price tables have many columns: on a small screen, reading them requires horizontal scrolling. An alternative view, row by row, is under consideration.

The live channels offered link to third-party platforms whose accessibility does not depend on Loreside.

This list is kept up to date honestly: a known defect stays on it until it is fixed.

4. Assessment method

The assessment rests on automated checks carried out at each release and on manual verifications: a full journey with the keyboard, reading of the main pages with a screen reader, checking of the contrasts, verification of the behaviour with reduced motion.

No external audit has been carried out to date. It will be stated here when that is the case.

5. Telling us about a problem

If a page resists you, write to contact@loreside.com describing what you were trying to do and with which tool. Every message receives a reply and blockers are dealt with as a priority.

If a piece of information remains out of your reach despite our corrections, ask for it by email: it will be sent to you in a usable format.

6. Means of redress

If you find an accessibility defect that prevents you from reaching the service and the reply given does not satisfy you, you may refer the matter to the French Defender of Rights (Defenseur des droits), free of charge, via defenseurdesdroits.fr.
