1. Purpose and acceptance

Loreside is an information service devoted to major video game releases, starting with that of Grand Theft Auto VI on 19 November 2026. It brings together a countdown, verified and sourced facts, official prices recorded country by country, a glossary, a preparation checklist and embeddable widgets.

Using the site amounts to accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

2. What Loreside is, and what it is not

Loreside is an independent information service. It is neither a game seller, nor a key reseller, nor a purchasing intermediary. It sells no game and takes no commission on game purchases.

Loreside is not approved, sponsored or endorsed by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Sony or Microsoft, and has no connection with these companies.

No information published on the site constitutes purchasing advice.

3. Accuracy of the information

Every piece of data published carries its source and its verification date. The prices shown are records made on the official store pages, on a given date: they can change at any time, and vary depending on the store, the promotion under way or the payment method.

Always check the price and the conditions on the store before buying. Loreside does not warrant that the information is exhaustive, accurate at the moment you read it, or free of error.

Information that the game's publisher has not released yet is presented as missing, never guessed. Loreside does not publish rumours.

If you find an error, write to contact@loreside.com: the correction takes priority over everything else.

4. Access to the free service

Access to the public pages is free and requires neither an account nor registration.

The service is provided as is and as available. No continuity of service is guaranteed: the site may be interrupted for maintenance, for development or for a technical reason, without notice and without compensation. This absence of warranty concerns the free service; it does not apply to the Pass plan, which is a paid service.

5. Day-one alert

You can ask to receive an email on three occasions: when the unlock times by region are confirmed, when preloading opens, and on the morning of 19 November. Nothing else is sent.

Registration happens in two steps: you enter your address, then you confirm by opening the link you receive. Until that link is opened, no alert is sent. Every email contains an unsubscribe link that takes effect immediately.

Only enter your own address. If you ask to hear when the Pass plan opens, one additional email is sent to you at that moment, and only one.

6. Preparation checklist

The boxes you tick in the checklist are saved in your browser's local storage, on this device only. They are passed on to no one and are attached to no identity.

Clearing your browsing data, or changing device or browser, erases this progress. That is the price of a feature that requires no registration.

7. Embeddable widgets

Loreside provides widgets to embed on another site, in particular the countdown. You may embed them freely, including on a commercial site, on the following conditions: do not alter the content displayed, do not hide the Loreside mention or the link to the site, do not suggest a partnership or an endorsement, and do not embed them on an unlawful, hateful or misleading site.

The widgets load only from loreside.com. They contain no third-party script, set no cookie and collect no data about your visitors.

This permission may be withdrawn at any time for a given site in the event of a breach.

8. Assistant and published answers

The service offers an assistant that writes nothing: it finds, among the answers already published and checked on this site, the one that matches your question, and returns it word for word with the link to its page and the date it was checked. When nothing matches closely enough, it says so rather than approximating. No language model is called, and no answer is generated.

When the assistant has no answer, the question is recorded without any identifier so that the missing page can be written: the privacy policy sets out what is kept and for how long. This field is not a way to contact us: do not enter any personal or confidential data.

The interface states this plainly before every search. Were a language model ever used to produce answers, it would be identified as such before opening, in accordance with Article 50 of the European regulation on artificial intelligence, and its answers would never replace checking at the source, which remains available on every page.

9. Pass plan

The Loreside Pass is a one-off purchase of 7,99 € giving access to additional features for as long as the Loreside service is operated.

It is not a subscription: there is no recurring charge, no automatic renewal and nothing to cancel. The Pass has no term: it does not stop on an agreed date and no further billing occurs.

The contract is concluded for an indefinite period. Under article 1211 of the French Civil Code, either party may end it subject to reasonable notice. Should Loreside cease to operate the service, you would be informed at least six months in advance, and before the shutdown you would be provided with an offline-usable version of the content together with a full export of your progress.

The price is stated inclusive of all taxes. The sale is carried out by Paddle as Merchant of Record: the contract of sale is concluded between you and Paddle, which issues the invoice and handles refunds.

As of the date of this page, the Loreside Pass is not yet open. The conditions above will apply from its opening.

10. Fair use

You undertake not to try to reach the non-public parts of the service, not to disrupt it, not to circumvent the technical limits or the anti-robot protections, and not to extract the content on a large scale by automated means.

Normal reading, including by a conversational agent acting for a user, is welcome. What is prohibited is bulk extraction intended to rebuild our datasets elsewhere.

In the event of a breach, access may be limited or suspended, after a warning except in an emergency.

11. Liability

Loreside does everything it can to publish accurate, verified and dated information, and corrects without delay any error brought to its attention.

Loreside cannot be held liable for purchasing decisions taken after reading the site, for changes of price or of date decided by publishers and stores, or for the temporary unavailability of the service.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law grants to the consumer, in particular the legal guarantee of conformity and the right of withdrawal.

12. Links to third-party sites

The site links to official sources: store product pages, publisher announcements, live channels. These links are given to make checking possible.

Loreside exercises no control over these sites and is not responsible for their content, their terms or their data practices.

13. Changes to these terms

These terms may change, in particular when the Pass plan or the assistant opens. The applicable version is the one published on this page, whose update date is shown at the top.

In the event of a substantial change affecting a Pass customer, notice is sent by email before it takes effect.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law.

The consumer keeps the right to bring the matter before the competent court of their choice among those provided for by the French Code of Civil Procedure.
