Countries without their own store
Hungary, Israel and Romania have no separate PlayStation storefront: their product page redirects to the United States one. No local hour is published for them, so they do not appear in the table. If you live there, the hour that applies is the one of the store your account belongs to.

Times are shown in each country's own time zone. If you are travelling or your console is set to another region, the hour that counts is the one of the store your account belongs to.
Where these hours come from
Each national store publishes a timestamped release date on its own product page: that is the moment the game unlocks in that country. We record it as published, without recalculating it. Most markets come from the PlayStation Store; Australia, Japan and New Zealand come from the Xbox Store, whose page publishes the same field. Where the two stores overlap, they announce the same instant.
What is still missing
Xbox has not published per-country unlock times on its public pages. Preload opening has not been announced either. Both appear here the day they are published.
