Sale and payment

When the Pass plan opens, the sale and the collection of payment will be carried out by Paddle.com Market Ltd, 30 Old Bailey, London, United Kingdom EC4M 7AU, acting as authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. The contract of sale will then be concluded directly between the customer and Paddle, which handles payment, invoicing, the collection and remittance of VAT, and refunds. Terms at paddle.com/legal.

As of the date of this page, the Pass plan is not open yet: the service is entirely free.

Intellectual property

The Loreside brand, the domain name, the visual identity, the texts, the interfaces, the structure of the site, the datasets built by Loreside and the source code are protected and remain the property of Johann Flipo or of its licensors.

The price records and the fact sheets are the result of collecting, checking and editing work. Reproducing them in bulk, extracting them systematically or reusing them in a competing service is prohibited without written permission. Occasional quotation with a link to the source page, on the other hand, is welcome.

Third-party trademarks and content

Loreside is not approved, sponsored, endorsed by or affiliated with these companies. These trademarks are mentioned purely descriptively, to designate the products the site talks about, as the press does.

The site reproduces no image, no video, no logo and no graphic element belonging to these companies.
